Aelga: A different kind of impromptu annual celebration, all staffs jointly "directed"
At the turn of the old and the new year, on January 10, AELGA held a refreshing annual celebration. This annual celebration broke tradition and pioneered the use of improvisation. The stage was handed over to our staffs, allowing each one to transform into the "chief planner" and "behind-the-scenes director", creating a party full of surprises and joy .
At the beginning of the annual meeting, the "Welcoming God of Wealth" session attracted countless attention. The two gods of wealth warmly welcomed the employees at the entrance of the venue, and the festive atmosphere was instantly filled, igniting the joy of the annual celebration. The first game, "Lucky Snacks at the New Year", greatly aroused everyone's enthusiasm. AELGA staffs and their children actively participated and showed off their skills to get snacks. There was constant laughter and lively interaction, pushing the atmosphere to a climax. The subsequent interactive games were exciting, in which staffs demonstrated teamwork and personal charm, and became closer to each other. The venue was immersed in joy and harmony.
"More than 10 years employee award" session attracted much attention. These old staffs use youth to accompany the company to grow up, witness the wind and rain, their persistence and pay is the wealth of the company. When they took the stage to accept the award, the audience applauded loudly, which is not only a compliment to them, but also an incentive to all staffs. The subsequent "God of wealth red envelopes" link once again ignited the whole audience, red envelopes rained, and staffs were full of harvest. The final "Infinite joy singing" session provided a stage for everyone to release their enthusiasm, singing and laughter interwoven, and the annual celebration ended successfully in joy.
